It was actually warm today in Boston, which was the perfect start to my four-day weekend. I busted out my new black tank top (a marvelously cheap number from the Gap), and it was fabulous. What is it about the sun on your shoulders that makes you so freakishly happy? I don't know, but I'm looking forward to a lot of days in this shirt.
Day-off activities also included: a nap, painting my toenails (the first flip-flop use of the season called attention to my naked toes), watching the Sox game (Boomer was doing great until the f-ing Rays hit him), and enjoying Joe Versus the Volcano for no discernible reason.
