Adventures in cooking

So, in addition to the treadmill workouts, I'm trying to cook more. You know, because McDonald's does not for the healthy diet make. Tonight, I made pasta primavera, and the recipe called for smoked Provolone. Now, I can't recall that I've ever had smoked Provolone, but I didn't think it would be that hard to find. I was wrong, of course. I was forced to settle for smoked Gouda -- luckily, it was delicious. The smoked cheeses? Heavenly.

In other news, I'd like to point out that I'm in love with my cookbook stand. My sister got it for me for Christmas, and it's the greatest thing ever. Well, aside from the smoked Gouda.
