It's too much; there's all manner of foo-faws and gee-gads, and bells and whistles, and unnecessary crap. Fucking Office 2008 and all that it has done to change and pervert my beloved Word. You know when Word was perfect? 5.0. Everything since then? Pride! Hubris! Annoying paper clips that talk! Ribbons!
This may take a while to get used to, people. It's not going to be pretty. And if I'm going down, Microsoft is coming with me.
