Themed

J.R. and I decided that since our entire June was about three weddings and a reunion, our movie-watching should reflect these life themes. Thus, we start off with Grosse Pointe Blank (to reflect my 10-year reunion), and then move on to marital bliss with flicks like the Wedding Singer and Wedding Crashers (I'm going to start off with balloon animals, then later I'll dance with the flower girl). I was thinking we might end the month on the Hugh Grant/Andi McDowell classic, but I don't want to jinx anything. Since our third theme of the month is birthday parties, perhaps we should just go with Sixteen Candles. John Hughes is pretty much the answer to everything, anyway.
