Don't they love you in mysterious ways

There's a reason why you shouldn't watch TV shows on DVD after the show has been canceled. Because when you reach the end of season two, and you're totally sucked into the characters and the storyline and you want to know what happens next, you're screwed. There is no next. Would it have been worse had I actually been watching Joan of Arcadia in real time? Perhaps. But it still sucks. That was a really good show. I didn't think I would like it, what with god and all, but it was actually pretty cool about that. But management restructured, and now I'm fucked again. I don't know what happens with Joan and Adam, or with Joan and the bad guy/devil, or if god really is one of us, or what the name of that really good song in the third episode is. Fuck, man. Like my life isn't hard enough without this.
