In review

I can't believe 2007 is over. And damn if 2008 doesn't have a lot to live up to. I mean, it's not every year that you quit the job you've had for nearly eight years and pack it all up and move across the country for some strange guy. Not to mention driving across the country, visiting strange and exotic cities, meeting cool people, and oh, yeah, winning the World Series and going 16-0 and national champions. (Okay, I didn't have a direct hand in those last bits, but they directly affected me.) I also saw Chicago for the first time (awesome), enjoyed a full season of the steely eyes, saw the Celtics for the first time (sadly before the amazing KG addition), met Duff (eighty heaps of awesome), hit Portland (and Powells) twice, and oh, yeah, moved across the country.

Looking back on it all, I'm a little tired. I think I'm just going to ease into 2008, not make any predictions or resolutions and shit. Maybe I'll just watch a West Wing marathon with J.R. Or something.
